As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I specialise in weight loss, toning up and general fitness, with a keen interest in helping you to become more familiar with and enjoy weight training. Using a range of exercises and training methods to get the best out of you in our sessions, I can help you on your journey to starting your new fitness regime and helping you to stick to it.

I can train you for 1:1 or 2:1 sessions in Dublin or online globally

  • in David Lloyd in Dublin
  • 1:1 online, outdoors, in the home or in your apartment/complex gym
  • online monthly subscription which includes monthly training programmes, macros and constant support
